By registering an account on 399 Bet, accessing the platform at 399bet-bangla.net or using any of the services offered — including but not limited to gaming, betting, deposits, withdrawals and promotional participation — you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

These terms constitute the full agreement between you and 399 Bet in respect of your use of the platform. They apply to all registered players and to any visitor who accesses the website. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not register an account or use the services.

3.1 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold one active account at any given time. 3.2 Account Credentials

3.3 Account Inactivity

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players who register and make their first qualifying deposit on 399 Bet are eligible to claim the welcome bonus, subject to the deposit minimum specified in the current offer. The bonus amount is matched to your qualifying deposit up to the stated cap. Welcome bonuses are credited to your bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before becoming withdrawable.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. 5.3 Bonus Abuse

Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses cancelled, any winnings derived from abused bonuses forfeited and may be permanently suspended from the platform.

6.1 Game Results

All players on 399 Bet are expected to engage with the platform honestly and in good faith. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, investigation and potentially permanent closure with forfeiture of balance:

• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one account in your own name or on behalf of others using your personal details, payment methods or devices.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in poker or any other competitive game to gain an unfair advantage over honest players at the same table.
• Use of automated software: Deploying bots, scripts, macros or any automated decision-making software in connection with real-money games on 399 Bet.
• Exploiting technical errors: Taking deliberate advantage of any glitch, bug or pricing error in the platform's software or odds display that was not intended by 399 Bet.
• Fraudulent deposits: Using stolen payment credentials, initiating illegitimate chargebacks or engaging in any form of payment fraud.
